The automated surface treatment milling production line, jointly developed by Xi'an Aero Engine (Group) Co., Ltd. and the Northwest Engineering Design and Research Institute over a six-month period, has been successfully constructed and put into operation at Xi'an Aero Engine (Group) Co., Ltd. This achievement marks a significant milestone, as it fills a critical gap in domestic manufacturing capabilities.
The production line is composed of three specialized automatic milling systems: one for stainless steel, another for titanium alloys, and a third for superalloys. Each line is designed with advanced automation technology, ensuring stable processes, consistent product quality, and high productivity. The integration of a forced and timely air supply and exhaust system significantly reduces acid mist emissions, creating a much safer and more comfortable working environment for employees.
