The surface treatment automated milling production line, jointly developed by Xi'an Aero Engine (Group) Co., Ltd. and the Northwest Engineering Design and Research Institute over a six-month period, has been successfully constructed and put into operation at Xi'an Aero Engine (Group) Co., Ltd. This development marks a significant breakthrough, filling a critical gap in domestic manufacturing capabilities.
The production line consists of three specialized automatic milling systems: one for stainless steel, another for titanium alloys, and a third for superalloys. Each line is designed with high levels of automation, ensuring stable processes, consistent product quality, and improved production efficiency. The system is equipped with an advanced air supply and exhaust mechanism that provides timely and controlled ventilation, significantly reducing acid mist emissions in the workspace.
