In the 1970s, static knife-type concentration transmitters were modified versions of electric vector mechanism pressure transmitters, which had limited performance and could not meet the demands of modern production. These early models suffered from issues such as poor vibration resistance, zero drift, fixed installation configurations, and high maintenance requirements. With the introduction of the XDBN-1000, these outdated models are gradually being replaced, offering significant benefits to many Chinese paper mills, especially those using medium and small-scale paper machines.
