The test results demonstrate that the product meets all design specifications and is fully capable of meeting the requirements for online pulp concentration monitoring in industrial applications.
The XDBN-1000, a domestically developed next-generation static knife-type concentration transmitter, incorporates advanced features inspired by foreign counterparts while being specifically tailored to the unique conditions of China's pulp and paper production processes. It features an integrated sensor structure combined with custom-designed circuits, ensuring not only the fundamental performance of traditional static knife transmitters but also significantly enhanced stability and reliability.
In the 1970s, static knife-type concentration transmitters were modified versions of electric vector mechanism pressure transmitters, which had limited performance and could not meet the demands of modern production. These early models suffered from issues such as poor vibration resistance, zero drift, fixed installation configurations, and high maintenance requirements. With the introduction of the XDBN-1000, these outdated models are gradually being replaced, offering significant benefits to many Chinese paper mills, especially those using medium and small-scale paper machines.
Wuhan Shengwei Automation Engineering Co., Ltd. has now started mass production of this innovative product. The company has also submitted the relevant technical details to the State Intellectual Property Office for patent protection, marking a major step forward in domestic automation technology.
