The PCH-1010 ring hammer crusher, developed by Shandong Laiyu Machinery Factory, has successfully completed both no-load and load tests. This impact crusher is specifically designed for processing brittle materials such as coal, coal gangue, and coke. Its unique design features a rotating rotor equipped with ring hammers that not only spin around the rotor but also rotate independently on their own axes. As the material enters the crushing chamber, it is first struck by the high-speed rotation of the ring hammers, which impart significant impact force to break the material into smaller pieces. These fragments then move at high speed toward the crushing plate, where they undergo a second stage of crushing. After that, the material falls onto the sieve plate, where further breaking occurs due to the rolling and shearing actions of the ring hammers. Finally, the crushed material passes through the sieve holes and is discharged. The size of the output can be adjusted by replacing the sieve plates with different mesh sizes. Any uncrushable debris is directed to a collection bin for easy removal. This efficient and versatile system ensures high productivity and consistent particle size, making the PCH-1010 an ideal choice for various industrial applications.
