The PCH-1010 ring hammer crusher, developed by Shandong Laiyu Machinery Factory, has successfully completed both no-load and load testing. This impact crusher is specifically designed for crushing brittle materials such as coal, coal gangue, and coke. It features a unique ring hammer mechanism that rotates around the rotor, enabling efficient and effective material breakdown. During operation, the high-speed rotation of the ring hammers impacts the incoming material, breaking it down in the first stage. The crushed material is then propelled at high speed toward the crushing plate, where it undergoes a second round of crushing. After that, it falls onto the sieve plate, where further fragmentation occurs through the rolling and shearing action of the ring hammers. The final product is then discharged through the sieve holes, with the size of the output determined by the pore size of the sieve plate used. Any uncrushable debris is directed into a collection bin. By simply replacing the sieve plates, different discharge sizes can be achieved, making the PCH-1010 highly adaptable to various application needs. This advanced design ensures high efficiency, low energy consumption, and consistent particle size output, making it an ideal choice for industrial applications requiring reliable and precise crushing performance.
