As of December 20, the naphtha steam cracking furnace, one of the catalytic reforming (CPP) technical transformation projects of Shenyang Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd., was operating for a whole month, and the equipment was in good operation. This project brought the naphtha cracking olefins and the catalytic cracking of olefins from heavy residue oil into the same separation system for the first time, and enabled the company to form a chlor-alkali chemical industrial chain with polyvinyl chloride paste resin as the leading and CPP, catalytic cracking (DCC). ) It is an upstream industrial chain for the chemical industry of new materials such as polyethylene, acrylic acid, and esters. The Group's naphtha steam cracking furnace unit is designed to produce 45,000 tons of ethylene and 20,000 tons of propylene per year. At the same time, it produces clean vehicle and civilian liquefied gas as by-products. After the plant is put into operation, 40% of the Shenyang liquefied gas will be supplied by the CPP plant. In addition, the raw material supply to the polyethylene plant will be more sufficient, enabling a more energy-efficient, condensing mode of production. The amount of feed per hour will increase from 10 tons/hour in the dry production mode to 15 tons/hour. Therefore, the energy saving and consumption reducing capacity of the device will be fully utilized, and the polyethylene production will also increase by 30%, while the cost and material consumption will be greatly reduced.
It is reported that Shenhua Group has successfully transformed from a chlor-alkali chemical company to a fine chemical company with oil processing as its leader. Since the beginning of this year, the Group’s crude oil processing, petrochemicals, and chlor-alkali chemical sectors have advanced side by side, with the value of the petrochemical sector up 33% year-on-year; the output value of chlor-alkali plates has increased by 29% year-on-year; the output value of crude oil processing has grown by 32% year-on-year. It is expected that the company will achieve revenue of RMB 10 billion and profit of RMB 220 million in 2011.
