China Drying Network News The large-scale domestic production technology integration project for phosphorus and compound fertilizer plants completed by Sanhuan Branch of Yunnan Yuntianhua International Chemical Co., Ltd., which is under the jurisdiction of Yuntianhua Group, won the first prize for scientific and technological progress. The project team studied the production technology of large-scale phosphate compound fertilizer plants at home and abroad at that time, and systematically summarized the production and construction experience of Yuntianhua International Sanhuan Branch. After inspection and investigation, the company selected domestic new materials and new equipment, through original innovation, and Sub-innovation and technology integration have formed a set of large-scale domestic production technology for phosphate and compound fertilizer production equipment with independent intellectual property rights. The technology adopts double reverse (normal temperature) + desliming flotation technology, and floats high-magnesium ore with P2O5 content of 24.5%-25.5% as concentrate slurry with P2O5 content higher than 30.5% and magnesium content lower than 0.8%. It can meet the requirements of wet-process phosphoric acid production.

According to reports, a large-scale domestic demonstration unit of phosphorus and compound fertilizer (an annual output of 800,000 tons of sulphur-based sulphuric acid, 300,000 tons of wet-process phosphoric acid, and 600,000 tons of diammonium phosphate) has been put into operation for more than three years and has been operating smoothly. Compared with similar devices at home and abroad, it has reached international advanced level and domestic leading level. Due to the adoption of domestic technology and technology, this set of equipment has saved a total investment of 2.1 billion yuan, of which the FF bus control technology has saved 2.41 million yuan more than DCS, and the comprehensive recycling technology of the mother liquor waste water produced by the sodium fluorosilicate plant has saved 1200 yuan annually. Ten thousand yuan.

In addition, the integrated domestic integration technology formed during the implementation of this project has been applied to several large-scale phosphorus and compound fertilizer plants. For example, the FF bus control system has an annual output of 400,000 tons of compound fertilizer and 120,000 tons of fertilizer at Qingtian Yuntianhua International Fertilizer Co., Ltd. The application of phosphoric acid and 240,000 tons of diammonium phosphate has achieved good economic and social benefits.

According to experts from Yuntianhua, three years ago, China lacked the technology for the production of wet-process phosphoric acid directly from low-grade phosphate rock. At that time, the country’s largest four sets of 600,000 tons of diammonium phosphate plants were all imported technology packages. Only part of the equipment has been domestically produced. For this reason, Yuntianhua decided to organize the implementation of a large-scale localization project for phosphate-compound fertilizer plant.
