RongAn Power develops the first shield machine to be delivered soon

A few days ago, it was learned from Hefei Rongan Power Machinery Co., Ltd. that the first shield machine built by Anhui had been equipped with a cutter plate, and after being tested and tested by experts, it would soon be put into use.
According to reports, in March this year, Hefei Rongan Power Machinery Co., Ltd. and China Railway Tunnel Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. formally signed the first cooperation contract for the production of shield machines. This also means that another gap in the field of Anhui equipment manufacturing industry will be filled. Shield machine is a kind of large-scale high-tech tunnel construction equipment, which integrates optical, electrical, liquid, sensing, and information technologies. "Not only does it save manpower and material resources, but it is also very safe, and it can effectively avoid ground subsidence."
The preliminary plan for the Rongan Power Shield Project is to produce an annual output of 5 to 10 shield machines. After all the projects are completed, it will achieve an annual output of about 20 shield machines with an output value of 600 million yuan. At present, the first shield machine has entered the closed-circuit test phase, followed by a series of links such as expert testing, and is expected to be ready for delivery by the end of July.
