Passing Technological Transformation to New Energy Cummins's Phase Four and Six-Cylinder Engines

Cummins has announced that the six-cylinder engine that meets the European and American standards for non-road mobile equipment (EPATier4Final/EUStageIV) emissions will be fully operational in 2014, covering 190 to 675 horsepower (142 to 503 kilowatts). Off-road machine equipment has also been ready to meet the implementation of nearly zero emission regulations on January 1, 2014.

At CONEXPO 2014 held in Las Vegas, USA from March 4th to 8th, 2014, Cummins 6.7 to 15 litre engines are widely used for equipment such as construction machinery, material handling, power units and cranes that meet the Tier4Final standard. Interpreted the theme of Cummins's "Transmitting Positive Energy for Technological Change"!

The Cummins Tier4Final engine revolutionizes off-highway equipment performance, not only in terms of ultra-clean operations, but also helps speed up work cycles, increase work efficiency and reduce fuel consumption, resulting in lower operating costs.

“CONEXPO provides us with the opportunity to showcase Tier4Final technology at the right time. Cummins' new-generation engines can significantly enhance the performance of host equipment,” said Hugh Foden, Executive Director of Cummins Off Highway Business. “We started the development of the Tier4Final technology very early and conducted the largest field test and mainframe installations to date. We have expanded to more than 70 devices in the most demanding conditions and high altitudes. Operating under extreme conditions of high humidity, extreme heat and extreme cold, this proves that our Tier4Final engine has excellent performance in terms of attendance and reliability and is comparable to our market-acclaimed Tier4Interim and Tier3 engines."

When Cummins Tier4Final six-cylinder engine QSB6.7, QSL9 and QSX15 series were put into full operation, Cummins also launched a new QSG12 series engine, which can provide prototype support for the main engine plant.

The field test of the Cummins Tier4Final four-cylinder engine is still in progress, and the QSF3.8 and QSB4.5 series are expected to reach volume production in 2015, in line with the implementation time of the emission standard of 75 to 173 hp (56 to 129 kW). . In 2014, the output of QSF2.8 series small engines is expected to increase to meet the application requirements of 75 horsepower (56 kilowatts).

For Tier4Final, Cummins "pass on the positive energy of technological change" is based on the ability to design, integrate and produce all engine core technologies to integrate the engine, booster, filter, and aftertreatment systems to the greatest extent possible. In addition, Cummins has unique and successful experience in engine emissions technology for highways. More than 500,000 engines that meet the EPA10 and EPA13 automotive standards have been put into operation. This standard is equivalent to Tier4Final/StageIV. The new Tier4Final engine technology is mature and reliable, and the basic platform and universal system adopted have been widely verified by road and off-highway applications and have been widely recognized.

At CONEXPO, Cummins' broad product line has become another bright spot. From 49 to 675 hp (37 to 503 kW), the full range meets Tier4Final/StageIV standards, including the new QSF3.8 and QSG12 series engines. Cummins also demonstrated the industry's first Tier 4Final-compliant power units and a power rental trailer. As a major integrator and leading manufacturer of engine core component technology, Cummins will also showcase NanoNetTM fuel filters that use cutting-edge nanotechnology and excellent protection for fuel systems. Variable-section turbochargers that can effectively improve engine operating efficiency The pressure regulator (VGT), as well as the recently launched EcoFitTM urea storage tanks, pipelines and sensors from Cummins Emissions Processing Systems, provide a complete set of post-treatment and dosing injection systems that correspond to Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology.

Dispensing machines, also known as gluing machines, dispensing machines, gluing machines, glue filling machines, etc., specifically control fluids. The fluid can be applied to the surface of the product or the automatic machine inside the product. It can realize three-dimensional and four-dimensional path dispensing, accurate positioning, precise control of rubber, no drawing, no leakage of glue, and no glue. Dispenser is mainly used for the precise process of glue, paint and other liquids in the product process, injection, coating, and spotting to the precise position of each product. It can be used to achieve spotting, drawing lines, round or arc type. This dispenser, combined with a vision system, enables precise positioning and precise dispensing.
