On November 8, Zhonghai Industrial Lixin Shipyard successfully completed the repair of the “Scissors” wheel. The main repair project of this round includes partial replacement of the 1-5 cabin large warehouse bulkhead, partial replacement of the grey retaining slab, excavation of the upper left side cabin frame of 1 cabin, partial replacement of the bracket, 1-4#克令Hanging sporadic projects and hoisting tests.
At the beginning of the ship's entry into the plant, Lixin Shipyard made reasonable arrangements for the construction of each project in an orderly manner. After the ship was docked on October 27, after a ship inspection, a large number of steel works were required for the 1-5-cabin warehouse. In order to ensure the schedule, the hull workshop responded quickly, the labor force was deployed in time, and the workshop cold work team was increased in real time, which made the labor force nearly four times. All the cold-working teams were working all day, and all the Okura Steel projects were completed on November 4, which effectively guaranteed the shipping schedule and was recognized by the shipowners. After the "scissors" round was completed on November 3, the preparations for the crane hoisting test were also in full swing. On the morning of the 4th, all the crane repairs were completed. The afternoon began to carry out 1-4# grams. The hoisting test was carried out until the end of the evening.
It is reported that the "scissors hand" ship owner as a VIP customer of Lixin Shipyard, is satisfied with the ship's needs in the repair process, and expressed his appreciation and appreciation for the repair project.

Biomass-fired Boilers

We cooperate with Shanghai Jiao Tong University to research, develop and manufacture biomass boilers that use wood chips, straws, palm shells, mesocarp fiber, empty fruit bunch (EFB) fiber, rice husk and other wastes as fuels in order to achieve zero carbon dioxide emissions. After numerous tests and simulations, we have developed a reasonable structure of furnace arch, furnace wall and furnace heating surface that guarantees combustion efficiency and evaporation rate. NOx emissions of our biomass boilers can be as low as 100 mg/Nm3 with thermal efficiencies up to 90%.
