The basic framework for the first draft of the National 13th Five-Year Plan for the development of the bearing industry in the country is a development outline and eight thematic plans. The Outline mainly includes six basic aspects of the industry, analysis of development environment, highlights and shortcomings of the “Twelfth Five-Year” industry development, guiding ideology and development goals of the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” development plan, development strategy, development priorities, and development measures. The eight topics are the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” product development, technological innovation capacity building, standardization work, talent engineering, quality brand building, bearing steel development, special equipment development, roller technology quality improvement and other eight aspects.
Around the program and eight topics, the China Axion Association will conduct extensive in-depth research in the bearing industry and key host industries in eight areas including bearing industry clusters, key products and innovation capabilities.
In the current critical period of national economic restructuring and transformation and upgrading of the bearing industry, the “Thirteenth Five-Year Development Plan for the national bearing industry” will be an important guiding document for the future development of the bearing industry.
