The refrigeration system is a very important part of the high and low temperature test chamber. If the refrigerant leaks in the equipment, the high and low temperature test machine will not be able to cool down or the temperature is normal. The refrigeration principle of the high and low temperature test chamber: the refrigeration compressor sucks the refrigerant vapor from the snorkel into the ultra-low temperature bottom pressure, and after the piston rod is pushed down according to the operation of the motor, the ultra-high pressure refrigerant vapor is discharged to the exhaust pipe for cooling. The circulatory system provides a driving force to achieve a refrigeration cycle in which refrigeration evaporates. If the refrigerant leaks, the refrigeration compressor will not be able to perform normal operation, which will affect the refrigeration function of the high and low temperature test box manufacturers.

1. Check the low pressure gauge of the refrigeration system. Below 0 bar, it is determined that there is refrigerant leakage in the refrigeration system of the high and low temperature test chamber;

2. Shut down, turn off the high and low temperature test chamber power supply, and let off the refrigerant of the refrigeration system. Then use a leak detector and a sponge to apply soapy water to the copper fittings, solenoid valves, oil, filters, nanos, etc., to check for bubbles, and to find the leak.

3. Check the leak point and mark it with a marker. The refrigeration system is filled with a small amount of nitrogen (open other valves to ensure that the system has no high pressure) to weld the leak point. If the component leaks, it should be replaced as much as possible;

4. After welding the leak point, pass 19 bar of nitrogen to the system. After 30 minutes, record the pressure values ​​of the two pressure gauges, keep pressure for 12 hours, no change in pressure (or little change), and let off the nitrogen in the system;

5. The system is vacuumed, and the refrigerant is added to the system. After the power is turned on for 20~30 minutes, the high and low temperature test chambers are turned on and off;

The operations of lifting up or lowering down, clamping, loosen-ing, moving and centering of raw paper are all electrically con-trolled.
