This two-stage pellet extruder is specifically designed for the recycling of plastic films, including post-industrial and post-consumer waste. The system efficiently processes materials such as PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, EVA, ABS, and PS, turning them into high-quality pellets that can be reintegrated into production lines for blown film or pipe extrusion.

1. Pellets from In-House, Post-Industrial Recycling
Post-industrial waste often constitutes 5% or more of the production process. This machine allows businesses to recycle their own waste on-site, significantly reducing the need to purchase virgin materials. The recycled pellets are of high quality and can be used to produce new products without compromising performance.

2. Pellets from Post-Consumer Recycling
The ML two-stage granulator is also ideal for processing washed, post-consumer agricultural films. The cutter compactor generates heat during the compacting process, which helps remove moisture and improve the drying efficiency of the material. These recycled pellets can be used in full (e.g., garbage bags, LDPE pipes) or blended with virgin materials to cut costs. Adding masterbatch and additives directly enhances the quality of the final product.
