Two Stage Pellet Extruder for Plastic Film Recycling

The pellets produced by the recycling machine can be directly reintegrated into the production line, typically used for blown film or pipe extrusion processes.

1. Pellets from In-House, Post-Industrial Recycling
On average, post-industrial waste constitutes 5% or more of the entire production process, making in-house recycling essential today. It significantly reduces the cost of purchasing raw or virgin materials.
The plastic pellets generated from in-house waste are nearly as good as new and can be reused to produce high-quality plastic products again.

2. Pellets from Post-Consumer Recycling
The ML two-stage plastic recycling granulator is also designed to handle washed, post-consumer, and used agricultural films. The cutter compactor generates frictional heat during the compaction process, which helps dry and remove moisture from the washed film flakes (processed first by washing lines). These recycled pellets can be used in extrusion processes, either as 100% material (such as garbage bags, LDPE pipe production, etc.) or mixed with other materials to reduce raw material costs. The quality of the pellets can also be enhanced through direct dosing of masterbatch and additives.
