Two new technologies of Jihua Fine Chemical Technology Center passed the demonstration

The pilot-scale technology development and industrialization experimental research projects for the preparation of isophorone and MBS series of new products from acetone gas-solid multiphase catalyzed reduction carried out by the Fine Chemicals Technology Center of Jilin Chemical Group have officially passed the expert demonstration organized by CNPC. .

Isophorone is one of the important products for deep processing. Because of its strong dissolving power, good dispersion, and good leveling, it is widely used in plastics, pharmaceuticals and perfumery industries. At present, the industrialization of isophorone in China The aspect is still blank. Jihua Group has abundant acetone resources and a special solvent production facility for 15,000 tons of trimethylolpropane and 15,000 tons of methyl isobutyl ketone for the year. Therefore, it performs an acetone gas-solid multiphase catalytic reduction process to synthesize isofluoride. The development of ketones and downstream products is in line with the development orientation of Kyrgyzstan. At present, the sample synthesized by the small test has been tested, and all the indicators of the product have reached the level of similar foreign products. The successful development of this technology will not only fill the gaps in the domestic market, but also promote the development of the downstream products of acetone and isophorone, and will also bring significant economic benefits to the company.

In recent years, domestic PVC production has grown rapidly, and the demand for MBS resin and its series of products has been increasing. Among them, the market gaps of two varieties, namely, high transparency, folding-resistant and transparent, low-folding, and impact-resistant, are particularly prominent. At present, the domestic market mainly relies on imports. Jihua Group currently has 200L pilot plant for MBS polymerization tanks and 5000 tons of MBS product production facilities, and has successfully cooperated with Changchun University of Technology to complete the pilot test of the above two brand-name MBS new products. The product quality indicators have reached the same level in foreign countries. The product level has the technical conditions for carrying out pilot tests and further industrialization tests. After the implementation of this project, MBS products can be serialized to increase market competitiveness.

In the rubber pump casing, impeller, suction cover/cover plate are all made of specialized anti-wear and anti-corrosive material: the material of front liner, back liner and back liner insert are natural rubber having excellent anti-corrosive property.
In metal pump casing, impeller, volute liner, suction plate and back plate are all made of specialized anti-wear and anti-corrosive material, the suction cover are made of ductile iron with rubber.
