The Energy Development Bureau of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Investment Department recently decided to carry out the feasibility study on the heating reform of the existing generators around the city in China, and entrusted China International Engineering Consulting Company and China Electric Power Engineering Consulting Group Co., Ltd. to carry out the work. The feasibility study report will be 11 this year. Completed before the end of the month.
It is reported that the main research object is the large-scale cities in China, the large-scale generators around the county, especially the coal-fired power plants within 15 kilometers around the large and medium-sized cities with relatively large industrial and heating loads. The main task is to implement the heating reform of the existing 135,000 KW and above pure coal-fired power generating units around the city and replace the old and small units with high-parameter and large-capacity heating units to realize the feasibility of urban central heating. The research will involve Huaneng, Datang, Huadian, Guodian, China Power Investment Corporation, Shenhua Group and other enterprises.
