(1) Modification of the coating machine The resistance heated evaporation coating machine with a vacuum chamber of 5450 mm was modified. The original evaporation device was retained, and a magnetron sputtering target designed and manufactured by itself was installed using the flange at the top of the bell. The diameter of the target surface is 560mm, and the target body is internally filled with a neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet. The target surface has a magnetic field intensity of 500 gauss in the sputtering region and is also provided with cooling water. At the same time, considering the target body and the vacuum bell as the high-frequency insulation and isolation capacitors between the two electrodes of Yin and Yang, a certain thickness of PTFE insulating material is selected so that the target can be used for DC magnetron sputtering. Film coating can also be used for RF magnetron sputtering coating. The original substrate holder of the coating machine is used as a platform, and the substrate frames with baking are installed on the upper and lower sides respectively, so that the coating machine is divided into two upper and lower coating areas, which are used for sputtering coating and evaporation coating respectively. The power cords of the two baking devices are introduced through vacuum sealed electrodes from the spare flange holes at the bottom of the coating machine. Lengthen the original substrate baffle of the coating machine to the upper area, and install baffles at the upper and lower positions of the rotating rod to control evaporation and sputtering, respectively.

(2) Air Path Installation of Sputtering Gas The sputter coating needs to be charged with sputtering gas. We used a spare measuring hole in the vacuum chamber of the evaporation coater to introduce two inflatable systems.
