Working Principle:
The machine is suitable for filling and sealing aluminum, plastic, and laminated tubes used in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, and adhesive industries. The process involves tube feeding, marking detection, internal cleaning (optional), material filling, sealing (tail folding), batch number printing, cooling, cutting, and product discharge. Each tube goes through the entire process automatically.
The main components include the transmission system, feeding mechanism, rotation unit, tail sealing, filling system, and electrical control system.

1. Multiple stations and manipulator support allow for different types of tail folding and sealing for aluminum, plastic, and laminated tubes, making it a versatile machine.
2. All processes from tube feeding to final product discharge are fully automated, including marking, cleaning, filling, sealing, coding, and more.
3. Servo control enables precise and easy adjustment of the filling amount via touch screen.
4. The height of the tube chamber can be adjusted by motor according to tube length, and an external reversal feeding system ensures convenient and tidy tube loading.
5. Precision tolerance is less than 0.2mm, reducing chromatic aberration between the tube and marking.
6. Integrated photo-electronic, electric, and pneumatic controls ensure safety. If no tube is detected or pressure is low, an alarm is triggered, and the machine stops automatically if there's a tube error or the safety door is opened.
7. Three-layer jacket heater with internal air heating prevents damage to the tube’s outer pattern while achieving a firm and neat sealing effect.
8. The machine includes a five-fold and three-fold manipulator, enabling double-sided code printing that enhances product quality and machine performance.
9. High-grade LCD controller with buttons allows simple and intuitive operation, controlling speed regulation, parameter settings, constant statistics, pressure instructions, and fault display.
