The seawater source heat pump air conditioning system is a mature technology abroad and has been applied in North America, Northern Europe and other countries. Since the annual temperature of seawater is between 5 and 25 degrees Celsius, there is a large temperature difference with the outside world in the winter and summer seasons. In order to develop and utilize the energy contained in seawater, Qingdao Environmental Protection Bureau, Xintiandi Environmental Protection Company and Huadian Qingdao Power Generation Co., Ltd. jointly developed and built the first domestic seawater source heat pump, and used it as a water temperature heating method using seawater and the outside world. Demonstration projects are promoted. After a winter trial run, the system has obvious energy-saving effect, the energy consumption is 1/3 of the electric boiler heating, 1/2 of the coal-fired boiler, and the cooling and heating coefficient is 40% higher than that of the household air conditioner. The cost is only 50-60% of the average central air conditioner.
