In a group of 0.33hm2 mature rapeseed fields in the ten groups of Majiacun, three harvesters were used to demonstrate the on-site operation of the oil-laid machine. One is the Futian 4LZ-2.0 harvester for the staged harvest demonstration. The agricultural machine hand drives the harvester forward. In 2005, the rapeseed planting area in Hubei Province was 1.178 million hm2, and the output reached more than 2 million tons. According to Wu Qingfeng, director of the Agricultural Mechanization Management Office of Hubei Province, since 2001, Hubei Province has begun to try to mechanize the whole process of rapeseed production from seed to harvest, and has achieved certain results. The rapeseed machinery is harvested first by artificially cutting the rapeseed, laying it in the field and drying it to 7-8%. Manually picking up, the modified combined harvester completes several processes such as threshing, cleaning and straw crushing. Through the modification of the crawler-type rice-wheat combine harvester suitable for the rapeseed machinery harvested in Hubei Province, Qianjiang City has explored the operation experience of one-time harvesting, threshing and cleaning. Hubei Province has determined the overall goal of mechanization development of rapeseed production: During the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period, Hubei Province selected 28 cities and counties in the production area of ​​double-low rapeseed production, and selected about 50% of key counties and cities to build a mechanized demonstration zone for double-low rapeseed production. In response to the above problems, Fu Yuantu proposed: variety characteristics, cultivation techniques and mechanical properties should be coordinated with each other, and improved in variety traits to meet the needs of mechanization: first, the varieties require semi-dwarf rods, anti-falling; second, the plants are compact, It is suitable for direct seeding and dense planting. The flowering period is concentrated and the maturity is relatively consistent. The third is that it is not easy to split the angle, and the harvesting is less when harvesting.
