Specifications
The Fuyi separator centrifuge is specially designed for challenging separation tasks. It excels in handling high flow rates, high solid content, and high-temperature processes. These features make it the perfect choice for tough conditions found in the animal and fish processing industries.
Equipped with a high G-force ranging from 6500 to 9800, the Fuyi centrifuge offers excellent sludge capacity and automated operation. The bowl can be made from either Super Duplex stainless steel or standard SUS304, ensuring high erosion resistance combined with high-speed performance for demanding applications.
Application
The Fuyi Centrifuge is designed for intermittent discharge of solids while separating two intermixed and mutually insoluble liquid phases of different densities. It's widely used in various duties, such as separating fish press liquid, stick water, and extract, as well as purifying fish oil, liver oil, animal fats, peel oil, and similar oil products.

Standard Design
The machine consists of a frame with a horizontal drive shaft, clutch, brake, worm gear, lubricating oil bath, and vertical bowl spindle in the lower part. The bowl is mounted on top of the spindle inside the frame structure. All parts in contact with the process liquid are made of stainless steel. The bowl is a solid-ejecting disc type with a hydraulic operating system. The electric motor is variable frequency or controlled-torque type.
Basic Equipment
Includes concentrator or purifier parts, inlet and outlet devices, revolution counter, erosion-protective parts, illuminated sight glass box, vibration switch, vibration-isolating base plate, flange motor, set of tools, and spare parts.

Operating Principles
Separation occurs inside a rotating bowl. Feed enters via a stationary inlet pipe and is accelerated by a distributor. It then moves through the disc stack, where separation into liquid-liquid-solid takes place. The oil phase moves toward the center and is discharged into the collecting frame. Water and heavy solids move to the periphery and are pumped out through channels. Solids are intermittently discharged via a hydraulic system that opens the solid ports at preset intervals.
