The Fuyi separator centrifuge is specifically designed for demanding separation tasks, offering high flow rates, high solid content handling, and the ability to operate at elevated temperatures. These features make it a top choice for industries such as animal and fish processing, where tough conditions are common.
With a high G-force ranging from 6500 to 9800, the centrifuge provides efficient separation. The bowl can be made from Super Duplex stainless steel or standard SUS304, ensuring both durability and performance under extreme conditions.
Applications include the intermittent discharge of solids while separating two immiscible liquid phases with different densities. It is widely used in tasks such as separating fish press liquids, stick water, extracts, and purifying fish oil, liver oil, animal fats, and similar oil products.

Standard design includes a frame with a horizontal drive shaft, clutch, brake, worm gear, lubricating oil bath, and vertical bowl spindle. All parts in contact with process liquids are made of stainless steel. The bowl uses a hydraulic system for solid ejection and is available with variable frequency or controlled-torque motors.
Basic equipment includes concentrator or purifier parts, inlet and outlet devices, revolution counter, erosion-protective components, illuminated sight glass box, vibration switch, vibration-isolated base plate, flange motor, and standard spare parts.
Optional extras include start-up equipment, frequency converter, discharge control panel, standard fittings, CIP valves, and online monitoring systems.
Material data includes S.S304 for the bowl body, hood, and locking ring; S.S for the solids cover and frame hood; green cast iron for the frame bottom; S.S for inlet and outlet parts; and nitrile rubber for gaskets and O-rings.
Operating principles involve feed introduction through a stationary inlet pipe, acceleration via a distributor, and separation within the disc stack. The oil phase moves toward the center, while water and solids move to the periphery. Solids are intermittently discharged using a hydraulic system.
