In response, the responsible person stated that Shanghai New Mingyuan Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is an illegal company engaged in lead-related production without authorization, and therefore does not belong to the management directory of 17 lead battery enterprises of the environmental protection department.

The Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau stated that at present, these six companies are still shutting down. It is not closed. It will take some time to shut down.
