Seven types of dangerous goods handling matters, how much do you know

Dangerous goods often have a lot of hidden dangers in the process of transportation, loading and unloading. Drivers and managers can easily induce a variety of safety accidents due to bad habits or improper operation, and bring disasters to enterprises and families.

Today, Xiao Bian has compiled all kinds of common sense and precautions in the process of loading and handling dangerous goods for everyone's reference.

First, flammable liquid

1. There should be no residues such as oxidants, natural objects, and alkalis in the compartment.

2. Flammable liquids packed in steel drums must not be tumbling and unloading from high places. When unloading or rolling from top to bottom, measures should be taken to prevent Mars, and there must be people around them to prevent steel drums from impact damage.

3, steel packaging multi-layer loading, the floor must take a suitable liner, and should be tied firmly.

4. For the flammable liquid with low boiling point or easy to polymerize, if it is found that the packaging container is filled with the phenomenon of swelling (bulk drum), the consignor can replace the packaging and continue loading.

5. When loading and unloading the tank (tank), tighten the handbrake, fix the wheel, turn off the engine, cut off the main power supply, connect the static removal device, and the operator must not leave the post. The night-time loading and unloading operations shall be applied explosion-proof lighting equipment.

Second, explosives

The bottom plate of the transport vehicle must be flat and intact. When it is shipped with an iron base, liner protection measures should be taken, such as laying planks, plywood, rubber school boards, etc., and there must be no residue of acids, alkalis, oxidants, etc. Operators must not wear fire or nailed shoes and work clothes that are prone to static electricity during loading and unloading. Wrestling, tumbling, and friction, impact, and severe vibrations are not allowed during operation. Do not touch open flames, high temperatures, or use of iron tools.

Items that can be stacked can be placed on the storage and transportation logo on the package. The maximum number of parts that exceed the fence must be less than one-third of the package. After loading, the tarpaulin shall be tightly covered with cloth and tied tightly. The total stacking height of the van shall not exceed 1.5 meters. When using mechanical loading and unloading operations, load shall be reduced by 2% according to the specified load. During transportation, exposure, rain, heat and fire should be prevented. When there is a thunderstorm on the way, you must stay away from trees, electric poles, or large buildings to prevent lightning strikes. When team transportation is carried out, special personnel should be designated to be responsible for unity, and vehicles should maintain a safe distance between them. When parking a vehicle, the parking place should be strictly selected, away from places such as high-voltage electricity, fire source and high temperature, and be kept away from other vehicles.

Third, compressed gas and liquefied gas

1. There must be no grease contamination and strong acid residue in the compartment.

2. Tighten the bottle cap when loading the car, pay attention to protect the gas cylinder valve to prevent crashing; the personnel under the car must wait for the car personnel to put the bottle in order to continue to bottling the car. Two people are not permitted to bottling bottles on the same carriage at the same time. In addition to allowing vertical installation of gas cylinders (such as civilian liquefied petroleum gas, etc.), the cylinders on the vehicle should be horizontally laid flat, loaded and balanced, properly fixed and prevented from rolling. The valve should be on one side, and the top cylinder should not exceed the height of the carriage.

3. During loading and unloading operations, do not aim the valve at the person's body. Care should be taken to prevent the bottle helmet from falling off. The gas cylinder should be erected and turned. It is not allowed to take off the bottle or transfer the bottle. The gas bottle must be secure immediately.

4. When transporting large-scale cylinders (with a weight of 0.5 tons or more) or when assembling gas cylinders, a cork shall be placed between the bottles and bottles, the pallets and the pallets, and the bottle-ends of the pallets shall be oriented. On the right side of the carriage, there must be fixed supports in the gap between the backboard and the cylinder of the carriage, and a tight rope device is tightened to prevent the cylinder from rolling and the heavy bottles are not allowed to be loaded in multiple layers.

Fourth, corrosion products

Corrosion-resistant protective articles should be worn before operation. Gas masks should be prepared for volatile vapors or fumes that are volatile, and the package (including sealing) should be carefully inspected for leaks. In particular, it is necessary to prevent the outer packaging from botching. Liquid corrosion products should not be stacked, coded, piggybacked, bobbed, rubbed, or broken. Oxidized articles must not be exposed to high temperatures and open flames. When there is a thunderstorm on the way, you must stay away from trees, electric poles, or large buildings to prevent lightning strikes. When concentrating on transportation, special personnel should be designated to be responsible for unified command and vehicles should maintain a safe distance. When parking a vehicle, the parking place should be strictly selected, away from places such as high-voltage power supply, fire source, and high temperature, and be separated from other vehicles to leave special personnel to take care of.

In particular, it is necessary to prevent the outer packaging from botching. Liquid corrosion products should not be stacked, coded, piggybacked, bobbed, rubbed, or broken. Oxidized articles must not come into contact with flammables and reducing agents, organic corrosion products must not be exposed to open flames, high temperature or oxidants, and alkaline and acidic corrosion products must not be mixed. Inorganic acid corrosion products must not be mixed with organic acid corrosion products.

Fifth, flammable solids

1. During loading and unloading operations, it is not allowed to throw, roll, throw or throw.

2. Before loading, no acid, grease and oxidizer residues should remain in the compartment.

3, loading and unloading operations site must be away from fire, heat, the operator can not bring fire and wear shoes with nails.

4. It is forbidden to use iron tools that easily generate sparks. The loading and unloading machinery should have fireproof devices.

5. It is forbidden to rain wet snow and snow equipment to be shipped in case of wet flammable materials.

Six, oxidants and organic peroxides

1. Before loading, there should be no residues of acid or loose powdery combustibles in the car, and should be kept away from fire and heat sources during loading and unloading.

2. Do not touch, drag, rub or roll violently when loading or unloading. Do not use iron tools.

3, strong oxidants packed in steel drums must not be stacked, must be stacked, the container must have safety liner measures.

4. Wheels of carts and forklifts shall be made of non-metallic materials such as rubber. The tools must not be left or stained with impurities. The pallets and trolleys should be as special as possible. The loading and unloading equipment should be equipped with means for preventing the formation of Mars.

5, speed should not be too fast when transported, no overtaking.

6. Substances that need to be transported under temperature control must not use liquid air and liquid oxygen as refrigerant when refrigerating measures are taken.

Seven, there are drugs

1, carefully check the packaging before shipment, found leakage, damage prohibited shipment.

2. Ventilate the newly opened garage doors, containers, enclosed cars, etc.

3, when loading and unloading operations, must wear appropriate protective equipment to prevent ingestion, inhalation or skin contact caused by poisoning.

4. When the workload is large and the time is too long, it should be rotated or intermittently operated.

5. During the course of the work or after the work is completed, the face shall not be allowed to eat, drink or smoke without being cleaned and disinfected.

6, small package or cargo beyond the carriage board, must cover the surface of cloth or net cover, tied firmly, to prevent loss during transit.

7. Drugs are strictly prohibited from being assembled with food, medicine and daily necessities.

8. The vehicles and tools after the shipment must be strictly cleaned and disinfected. Without the inspection and approval of safety management personnel, shipments of food, medicinal and daily necessities should not be allowed.
