Any illegal gains will be confiscated.

At the same time, the regulations also impose strict legal responsibilities on schools, local governments and other violations of school bus safety management regulations. If the school violates the provisions of these Regulations, in addition to the punishment in accordance with the relevant provisions of these Regulations, the education administrative department shall give a notice of criticism; if a student casualty accident occurs, the leaders and directly responsible persons of the school held by the government shall be given according to law. Disposal; for private schools to be ordered by the examination and approval authority to suspend enrollment, if the circumstances are serious, the school license shall be revoked, and the education administrative department shall order the responsible leaders and the directly responsible personnel to engage in school management affairs within 5 years.

The regulations also stipulate that if the local people's government at or above the county level fails to perform school bus safety management duties in accordance with the law and causes major accidents in school bus safety in its administrative area, the responsible leaders and directly responsible personnel shall be given disciplinary sanctions according to law.
