New engine for Franklin Park FD

A new fire truck has just arrived for the Franklin Park Fire Department in Illinois!

This impressive apparatus is a Fouts Bros FB-94 low hose bed, side mount pumper, equipped with a powerful Cummins L9 engine rated at 450 horsepower. It features a Weldon V-Mux multiplex electrical system, ensuring reliable performance and advanced control.

The truck includes a 750-gallon water tank and a high-output Hale QMax pump capable of delivering 1,500 GPM. It also comes with a Whelen LED warning light package for maximum visibility and safety on the road.

Additional features include an FRC Pump Boss Max Pressure Governor for precise pump control, and a 100” wide x 70” tall aluminum body made from 3/16-inch material for durability and lightweight performance.
