The members of the acceptance expert group listened carefully to the equipment development work report, the expense and expenditure inspection report, the equipment use report, and the test report, and the on-site inspection of the developed 4-column and 12-column combined chromatographic separation device. After full discussion, the expert group believed that the multi-column combination chromatography high-throughput protein separation equipment developed by the undertaking unit has independent intellectual property rights, is innovative and practical, and has made breakthroughs in the localization of protein separation equipment; The 12-column combined chromatographic separation device was operating normally. All technical indicators met the requirements of the mission statement. Some of the technical parameters were better than those originally specified in the mission book. The developed equipment was designed using a multi-column combination of innovative design ideas. Automatic computer control and high-throughput, high-efficiency, multi-mode chromatography are superior to similar instruments of the current international famous brands in the separation and purification efficiency of simultaneous separation and purification of various protein products and proteins.

Since 2007, Su Zhiguo's research group has begun to develop multi-column chromatography and high-throughput protein separation equipment. After more than two years of hard work, it has achieved a series of innovative results and achieved independent design and processing of key components. High-throughput chromatographic separation and purification of proteins is one of the key technologies in proteomics research and production of protein products. The success of this project has on the one hand solved the need for the separation and purification of various protein drugs and natural product drugs from the State Key Laboratory of Biochemical Engineering, and on the other hand, it can also provide proprietary biochemical protein separation and purification equipment for our biotechnology counterparts. To meet the needs of the National and Chinese Academy of Sciences for protein engineering research, to provide a platform for high-throughput large-scale protein preparation.
