Standard Design
The machine consists of a frame housing a horizontal drive shaft with clutch and brake, worm gear, lubricating oil bath, and a vertical bowl spindle at the bottom. The bowl is mounted on top of the spindle within the upper part of the frame, enclosed by the ring solid cover, collecting cover, and frame hood. The feed and liquid discharge system, including the heavy phase paring disc pump, is also integrated into this structure. All components in contact with the process liquid are made of stainless steel. The bowl features a hydraulic-operated solid-ejecting disc design, and the electric motor is either variable frequency drive or controlled-torque type.
