Air compressor lifting project preparation and operation process

Before the compressor unit enters the site, the multi-party joint acceptance of the foundation is checked by the representative of GE company, the site supervisor, the construction unit and the owner's representative to check the basic construction quality, re-measure the top elevation of the large compressor foundation, the positioning size of all embedded parts, and the bolt. The elevation measurement of the pad, especially the diagonal dimension of the fastening bolt, is measured by the right triangle method. Record all measurement data in detail and prepare for the initial alignment of the subsequent compressors.

The large trailer driving route is arranged according to the plane of the compressor station. The compressor æ’¬ trailer enters the station from the side of the expressway on the south side of the compressor station, then reversing to the equipment foundation, the equipment unloading and hoisting is in place, and the gas turbine trailer enters the site to be suspended. The area is waiting in place.

Lifting of the compressor æ’¬. After the crane reaches the lifting condition, the hanging rigging is started. Considering that the position of the compressor lifting lug is not completely symmetrical with the position of the center of gravity of the compressor, the two steel cord rope buckles are not equal in length, and are used in a circle with a 20t inverted chain. After setting, the two cranes will rise slowly at the same time, pre-tighten the rigging. After each rope buckle is evenly stressed, lift the crane again. After the bottom of the compressor is 200mm away from the trailer, stop lifting and observe for 5 minutes. Whether the compressor is balanced, if there is no change, the trailer will drive out of the foundation.

Quickly remove the sleepers laid on the foundation and use the air compressor to purify the dust, impurities, etc. on the foundation, then remove the PVC sleeve and butter to protect the bolts, and install the horn according to the number.

The professional senior lifting workers are responsible for the lifting command of the two cranes respectively. The crane driver smoothly operates according to the lifting instructions of each step and coordinates the rotating main arm to make the two cranes fall smoothly. After determining that each of the foundation bolts corresponds to the bolt holes of the equipment, it is accurately seated.

The hoisting of the gas turbine raft, the length of the boom of the gas turbine hoisting and the working radius are calculated according to the calculation data; the balance beam structure is respectively connected with a group of lifting ears for lifting and locating. Since the gas turbine's trailer body is long, the trailer direction is perpendicular to the foundation and as close as possible to the foundation. Then, after the balance beam and the sling are set up, the two cranes are directly hoisted, and the gas turbine is lifted up to 200 mm high. After stopping the lifting and checking, the trailer slowly exits. The two cranes adjusted the orientation of the gas turbine raft in the air, and the rotating main arm was slowly placed. All signals and actions of the hoisting operation must obey the command of the hoisting commander. The hoisting commander and the hoisting machinery operators work closely together to execute the prescribed command signals, and the command signals issued must be accurate and clear.

Before hoisting, the lifting conductor is responsible for carefully checking whether the type and specifications of the hoisting wire rope and balance beam meet the requirements of the hoisting plan. The steel wire rope shall not have defects such as rust and abrasion. The material of the balance beam shall not have negative deviation. The welding conforms to the welding process, and there shall be no defects such as heavy skin, slag inclusion, air hole, undercut, and incomplete penetration.
