New engine for River Grove

We have learned that the River Grove Fire Department has recently acquired a new Typhoon pumper from E-ONE. The unit, with serial number 141091, was originally built as a demonstration model for Fire Service, Inc. This acquisition marks an important upgrade for the department, as the Typhoon is known for its advanced technology and reliability in firefighting operations. The fire engine features a robust 1250-gallon-per-minute pump, a spacious cab, and modern safety features designed to enhance firefighter efficiency and protection. It's likely that this new unit will be deployed in high-traffic areas or for specialized rescue missions, supporting the department’s ongoing commitment to public safety.
