How to Maintenance concrete mixer

Concrete Mixer is the heart of concrete batching plant. To extend its service life, you need to do some maintenance work.

1. Clean the mixer and clear the sewage and obstacle.

2. Inspect oil level, circuit and control system. Add oil according to manual book.

3. Before start working, empty mix 1-2min by adding water. In the mean time, inspect reliability of shift and brake device.

4. During mixer operation, inspect and watch motor, gear reducer, transmission gear box, to check if there is abnormal noise and higher temperature.

5. Clean the inside of concrete mixer carefully before everyday work end.
