Electrification of lead oxide and zinc ore

A lead-zinc ore processing plant for disposal of lead and zinc ores mixed. There are dense ore-like ores in the ore, and there are also fine-grained oxidized ores. Mixed polyvalent metal ore with a mineral sphalerite, galena, pyrite, white lead, calamine, and hemimorphite lead alum. The gangue minerals are dolomite, calcite and a small amount of quartz and feldspar . Metallic mineral inlays are coarser in grain size. The oxidation rate of lead and zinc is higher (25%, 20%), and the raw ore contains 13% to 18%.
The selection process was pre-selected with heavy media, discarding approximately 36% of the tailings. Concentrate grinding of heavy medium beneficiation to -0.075mm accounted for 65%. The process of preferential flotation using lead sulfide, lead oxide, zinc sulfide and zinc oxide is shown in the figure below.

The amount of agent: xanthate 250g / t, black powder 50g / t, 2 # oil 240g / t, copper sulfate 1440g / t, fatty acid 80g / t, hydrochloric acid 80g / t, lime 1500g / t.

The obtained flotation index is: raw ore containing Pb 5.16%, containing Zn13.85%, lead concentrate containing 59.73% lead, recovery rate 87.2%, zinc concentrate containing Zn51.45%, recovery rate 80.94%.
