APPLICATION
The oil heaters have both the standard ,high temperature and High temperature high pressure models,which are used to heat up the mould and maintain temperature,although they can be used in other similar applications. Mould backwater is used directly (standard type) and indirectly (high temperature type) which is compressed by bumps, send to the heating tank and finally to the mould with a constant temperature.With our optimised design,It can reach a maximum of 200ºC and the new temperature controller can maintain an accuracy of 1±℅.

Equipment with both Chinese diesel engine and Japanese diesel engine, Chinese engine brand is Xinchai and Chaochai, it is reliable quality and competitive price. Considering the emission and noise problem, the diesel engine forklift is usually used in outdoors or same places with not special requirements for emission and noise. Diesel forklift can accomplish long-time continuous operation due to easy fuel refreshment. Diesel forklift is a kind of diesel engine powered internal combustion counterbalance industrial truck used for lifting and transporting materials.
The standard lifting height is 3 Meter, with a 2 stage mast, the optional lifting high is 4 meter 4.5 meter, 5 Meter, 5.5 Meter and maximal 6 meter. For working inside the container, it should be full free mast, with a 2 stage or 3 stage full free mast.
There are two kinds of transmission for diesel forklift, one is manual transmission, another is torque converter transmission. The maximal traveling speed is about 20 Km/h to 30 Km/h.
The fork length also can be optional, from 1 meter to 2.4 Meter long, for standard it is 1.07 meter.
The grade ability of the forklift is 20%, minimum turning radius is from 1900mm to 3900mm.
For the forklift tires, there are pneumatic tires and solid tires.
