China's aviation industry will promote new environmentally friendly anti-rust cutting fluid

A new type of energy-saving and emission-reducing product, conductive polyaniline water-based rust-proof cutting fluid, will replace the emulsified oil cutting fluid currently used in China's aviation industry. This will reduce the environmental pollution caused by the use of emulsified oil cutting fluids.

China Aviation Industry Corporation recently signed a cooperation agreement with Jilin Zhengji Technology Development Co., Ltd. in Changchun. According to the agreement, CNAC will promote Jilin Zhengji's products, the conductive polyaniline water-based rust-proof cutting fluid, in more than 50 large state-owned enterprises within the group.

This new type of environmentally friendly cutting fluid is environmentally friendly, harmless to the human body, and can be used for long periods of time. The cost/performance advantages are obvious: the performance meets and exceeds the national standards, and the price is lower than the price of emulsified oil cutting fluid.

Metal cutting fluid is a lubricant cooling fluid that is injected between the workpiece and the tool (or grinding tool) during metal machining. Its main function is lubrication, cooling, and corrosion protection.

At present, the largest amount of used oil in China is emulsified oil-based cutting fluid. The amount used is more than 2 million tons per year, of which emulsified oil accounts for about 90%. Although the emulsified oil cutting fluid has good corrosion resistance and extreme pressure lubrication performance, it can easily cause environmental pollution and has great toxicity.
