Black liquid film solves "white pollution" problem

The "fourth-generation multifunctional degradable black liquid plastic film" completed by Professor Tian Yuanyu of Shandong University of Science and Technology is called "a revolutionary new technology in agricultural application".
The fourth-generation multi-functional biodegradable black liquid mulch is based on humic acid and plant straw as the main raw material, through the activation and extraction, the production of organic fertilizer required for the soil, humic acid, lignin, cellulose and polysaccharide Under the action of the cross-linking agent, macromolecules are formed and mixed with various additives, silicon fertilizers, trace elements, pesticides and herbicides to obtain multifunctional biodegradable black liquid mulch. The project's innovation is based on humic acid and biomass as the main raw materials, with the characteristics of high efficiency, ecological cleanliness and genetic safety. The use of a huge amount of cheap and multifunctional biodegradable black liquid film technology has solved the white pollution problem, eliminated the pollution problem caused by straw burning, and achieved the purpose of increasing agricultural production and increasing income and comprehensive utilization of resources. It not only has the plastic mulch film's endothermic and heat-retaining properties, keeps moisture, preserves the seedlings, but also has strong adhesion ability. It can combine soil particles into ideal agglomerates.
Based on the original liquid film, the research group further optimized the technology and improved the film formation and color development cycle of the liquid film. In solving storage and transportation problems, the research group successfully developed a multi-functional degradable black plastic film powder through vacuum spray drying, which solved the inconvenience of liquid film transportation and provided guarantee for industrial production.
