Product Introduction:

Our Forcar Aluminum A356.2 Casting & T6 Forged Alloy Wheels range from 10 to 32 inches, with certifications such as VIA, JWL, TUV, ISO, and DOT.
1. Chemical composition: A356 & A356.2 alloy (Si 6.5-7.5, Mg 0.30-0.45, Ti <0.2, Fe <0.12, Mn <0.1, Cu <0.05, Zn <0.05, Al)
2. Finishing options: black, silver, gunmetal, matte black, grey, hyper black, hyper silver, machined face, machined lip, color line, chrome, vacuum chrome, anodized, full polish, milling, sand blast, two colors, etc.
3. Process: low pressure, gravity casting, forging
4. Quality assurance: ISO/TS 16949:2000, German TUV, American SFI, DOT, Japanese VIA/JWL, ISO 9001:2008, national mandatory "C" certification

OEM Process:

1. Design based on customer samples or photos;

Delivery Time

If in stock, delivery is immediate after receiving deposits. If from catalog or OEM, it takes about 45 days after deposit. If new molds are required, it takes around 70 days after confirming the drawings.

AFTER-SALES SERVICES & WARRANTY

Forcar Motorsport Wheels offers a one-year warranty covering finish defects for original retail purchasers. This warranty covers paint and finish issues due to material and workmanship defects under normal use. We also provide a lifetime structural warranty for manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover failures due to off-road use, negligence, accidents, curb/pothole damage, improper tire mounting, modifications, adapters/spacers, or normal wear. Cosmetic blemishes or corrosion due to chemicals, abrasives, or climate conditions are not covered.

Upon inspection, we will replace the wheel at no cost.
